Out of the three breakfast places we have visited during our stay in Colorado Springs, this one is by far the best. Everything was full of flavor and fresh. My boyfriend said the stuffed french toast he had was one of the best he has ever had. Their cinnamon swirl pancake also tastes just like a cinnamon roll, I was blown away! If we ever come back to the springs, we will definitely return! Thank you for the amazing service!

Where do I start? The menu has so many amazing dishes that it is hard to choose. I got the eggs Benedict and cornflakes French toast with hashbrowns and bacon. Everything and I mean everything was delicious. Also ask Corbin to be your waiter. His service was amazing.
My wife and I read the reviews and decided that it deserved a try. This was to be a celebratory breakfast in honor of a birthday and a job promotion, so it needed to be above and beyond average. We were not disappointed. Dana our server was great, attentive yet not intrusive. The food, an omlette and the Blue Corn Huevo Ranchero were hot and tasty and came out quickly even thought the place was \full\ to the COVID limit. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait, yet we were called back to the restaurant in about 10 minutes. Though we live in Woodland Park, we will definitely come down the hill for this specific Urban Egg Eatery on Tejon again.
This is by far one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The food was delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Service was great too! If you’re looking for the best breakfast in Colorado Springs, make sure to stop here!
