Unfortunately the urban chef has gone down hill. Not only was one guy not wearing his mask fully over his nose whilst serving and cooking during the covid-19 period. The Food i collected was only warm.considering I live just around the corner. You would expect food to be hot . Not urban chef. Although our food was replaced the food was yet again warm. I am so disappointed as this used to be a decent chip shop. But now its somewhere myself and family will not be eating from in the near future. because warm food breeds bacteria.. health and safety Qualified

Food was lovely from here but the portion size and price are a not what you'd expect compared to other chip shops in the area.
Food was amazing, excellent customer service dealt with Jodie Archer who was really helpful and dealt with my order promptly and effciently. Would highly recommend
Best chip shop in the area. If you eat in it's all cooked fresh, even the chips. Traditional chippy fayre is my recommendation, they do other stuff too, but there's better places for that sort of thing. The seating is rather basic, but the food more than makes up for it.
