Worst jet ski rental experience. Stay away from renting skis from here. We would like to acknowledge that some of the staff working at this company are trying to deliver a high level of service and defacto are doing a great job - the ski intructor and the staff operating the skis. However, the way the owner and some management treats their customers is absolutely unacceptable. We rented 3 jet skis from this company for a 4 hour period, paid in cash. After 1.5 hours one of the jet skis broke down and we spent 1 hour towing ourselves to port Adriano before one good staff member came to help us. The following day, the owner of this company decided to be very rude with us, talking in an unfriendly and aggressive tone and even hang up the phone mid conversation. Needless to say, what we were offered as compensation was only 1 jet ski for 2 hours, despite us offering to pay the price difference for the booking. The way this case was dealt with was simply unprofessional and very dissapointing.

Fantastic rental ski and really well priced. Got really well informed handover of the jet ski and even got recommendations of where would be best to go on the ski. Will definitely be renting from them again

Very upsetting experience. We booked two jetskis for 4 hours and the one I was given was up for service and the display said \maintenance required\. When telling the staff I was told to ignore it. After riding it for about 30mins my engine gave up and we were stuck. I had my 3 year old son on it and surely did not ride it in high revs or shallow waters. When informing Nauti Parts I was told several times that the jetski was in great condition and that it must have been my fault that the engine stopped working which I found outrageous. After being stuck on the open sea for 1.5hours I was towed back to port by a very friendly staff member. Luckily my brother in law could take my son to the next bay where my wife could pick him up. When talking to the lady from the shop later that day I told her it would be great if I could get some money back or a voucher because I paid for 4 hours but effectively rode the jetski for 30mins only. She laughed at me and told me there was no chance and that I'd be liable for any engine damage I caused. This really triggered me and it felt like a proper scam as I was handed a jetski that was up for maintenance from the get go. Basically they set us up for failure and ruined our afternoon. The lady told me they'd reach out once they found out what the damage was which has not happened yet (the booking was last week) so I guess there was no major damage. Still we missed out on a great experience and left Port Adriano with a bitter taste. From the outside Nauti Parts seems well equipped and professional but the way this incident was handled was the opposite. Unfortunately.
Did my rya licence here with robin , and hired the ski for the rest of the day . Great service and had a good day with them . Would highly recommend.
