AVOID Placed an order it was delivered pretty quick considering what’s going on in the world. Two Items where missing from my order the invoce said items to follow on Wednesday 4weeks later still nothing. Several emails too only one response asking a what items were missing then too no response at all. I phoned a few times too be told to ring back because they can’t deal with it. So still no items have been delivered or no refund for the items that are missing or no response the least you can ask for as a customer. It’s absolutely perfectic I Would never recommend this company and if you do Use them I hope it’s not a waste of time and money and hope you have better dealings with them.

I ordered the wrong item and sent it back for refund which I had to pay for delivery. I had emailed them before the return asking if I could swap the item and emailed several times after I returned the item regarding the return but still haven’t had any reply to any email I’ve sent. It’s now over a month later and I have just sent them another email, as when i have tried to phone them, I get no answer, just a message to say please email us or use the live chat. I am now out of pocket of 45 now. I hope they eventually get back to me soon to solve this problem but I don’t hold too much hope
