I was excepting a delivery. Got an email advising the date it was going to be delivered but they decided to deliver a day before while I was out. Then took my parcel to a collection point nowhere near me would require taxi each way. So I called numerous times got told the same thing it will be collected from where it was taken and brought to me but still no parcel. The final insult was a voicemail saying it had been returned due to customer refusal not sure how you can refuse something you never received. Worst delivery company ever.

Very difficult to find, so for everyone else that needs it, I've added a photo of the real address, or just search for \Quintessence Fragrances\ If only someone else had shared this info before, could've saved everyone else the trouble.
Absolutely abysmal. I am waiting to receive a package, it is currently two weeks late. The delivery address is a 30-min drive from this Newhaven depot. Yet somehow this depot has \incorrectly sorted\ my package SEVEN times (so far) and it gets sent up to the stanford-le-hope depot. They obviously send it back to Newhaven because it is right next to me. Package is stuck in a loop of stupidity. no help on live chat, email, or calling.
Received an email asking if I wanted to get my parcel sent to an \Access point\ as they could not provide a time that they would be delivering to me I thought this would be a good idea. They tried to deliver the parcel to the \access point\ after the shop was closed so could not deliver it. Very badly run and organised, why offer a service which is not helpful. If they had said that they were going to try to deliver it in the evening, I could have had it delivered to my address as I was home! I will not use UPS again if at all possible.
Awful service. Regularly waiting in for packages after being sent a delivery slot only for them not to turn up. Today, most recent is a representative example... Received a delivery slot for Friday morning, waited in, didn't arrive, checked tracking this morning, due to arrive by 11:30am, still waiting at 5:45pm... I would be a little bit more forgiving if I was told it was going to be delayed, but I've wasted 2 entire days waiting for them and not for the first time. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
