It is a nice shop with HEALTHY and really tasty food. When I was at my training to get qualified as an aerobics instructor, my tutor mentioned a VERY important fact, that 70 percent of our weight management depend on WHAT we are eating and how much and only 30 percent depend on exercise. There is a big choice of healthy and tasty salads in UpperCrust. I always enjoyed buying them. Thanks a lot to the shop staff.

Good sandwiches and choice of filling, also do lovely salad pots. Only thing is a few weeks ago I went and asked for salad crean on some sandwiches, I don't know if they mixed up but I got mayonnaise which tasted a bit off. Upset several people's stomachs.
Good place to go for lunch. Don't go to the lady with short black hair if you want a full salad - She fills the salad box up half way and charges the same. Had to ask three times for her to put more in!
Excellent selection of sandwiches and snacks which are great value for your money. Try one of their specials, I tried the \Chesterfield Spire\, comes on a huge cob packed full with its fresh tasty fillings. You will definitely be back for more!
Exellent food but the lady with the dark short hair is so rude. My sister just spent over 30 getting 10 sanwiches to get attitude, she refused half the menu and half the filling was missing from our sarnies. Me and my family have been coming here years but i think its time for a change if thats how your treating ur customers.
