I found upper class fashions to be superb. I purchased a sheepskin jacket but needed to change it for a different size and style, which was no problem. Unfortunately Parcelforce 'mislaid' my package that I returned causing a long delay. In the meantime I was able to purchase a replacement at the same discounted price I had paid (even though the special offer had ended) which arrived the following day. Eventually my parcel got delivered to them and they immediately refunded me the money. Both coats were really smart and I am well happy, lovely coats. A special mention must go though to the EXCELLENT communication I received from them, mainly via the on-line chat facility, which works superbly and is instant. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for all your help.

Really bad quality leather jacket at 120. Bought it last May and in March was torn around the pockets. And only wore it full 4 months. Took it back to ask for an advise and was told they could glue it for 20 a pocket as it was nothing to do with production quality but rather with usage. And I thought leather jacket should be a strong choice for life... I'd say avoid.
Quality items that are worth every penny! Knowledgeable genuine and friendly guys that know what they are doing and selling. If you like leather, than this is the best shop you can find! Don't follow my opinion, go there and see for yourself and remember this tip - as soon as you step in the shop, take a really deep breath and feel the smell! Keep doing what you do and never change, upwards and onwards!
