Outstanding motorcycle dealership. Talk to Derek. He is incredible. 1. Knowledge about all segments of bikes. 2. Amiable personality. 3. Actually rides bikes and races too. 4. Maintains a superb and varied inventory. 5. Will definitely make you a business deal that you cannot refuse. I bought my bike here. I would go back there for all my motorcycle needs. Crossroad Powersports is a place you will NOT be disappointed if you are a bike enthusiast. Oh and they also sell Electric bikes, Wave Runners, Spyders, Trikes, apparel, riding gear, they have a massive inventory. Just go and check them out. And meet Derek. Talk to him.

The guys in here were awesome we were in and out with no problems at all, Loving the new ride!
Very upset. My motorcycle was dropped off for about 6-7 weeks. They needed to sent a claim out for insurance to approve changing tires and rims. I spoke to Pete who is also the manager and he said he didn’t even send the claim out yet because he is so busy. Not alone to work on the bike but they didn’t even have time to send out a claim for 6 weeks. Didn’t appreciate petes tone either. He said it doesn’t help me wasting time on the phone with clients either. We didn’t even bother him for 6 weeks asking questions or anything but now that we called and spoke to him on the phone for 3 minutes it was too much. Dealt with this company before even bought a 15000 motorcycle from them didn’t have any problem but this is just really upsetting.
The service department is rude and not flexible at all. Sales dept. fair and honest. Front office is not really aware of what is going on around the building. Parts is busy and under staffed. It is a shame the finished renovation but still can’t get it together and give decent service. Very upset. Owner reached out and seemed very upset and interested in the feedback. The said they were trying to correct the issue. Willing to give them another shot.
Had a great visit. Such a nice place. Very well set up with a clean space. The staff was friendly and not pushy. A great place to look around and check things out.
