I'd very highly recommend Lee's service on Partywall, as I received very professional advice from the start and there was a lot of clarity on the regulation and next steps. He clarified a lot of things via phone, email and face-to-face, and works very well with other surveyors as I was in the situation of my neighbours dissenting the original Partywall notice I served (via a different company service - which I wish I had Lee work on, on reflection). I wish I went with him from the very start instead of a different company as he clear knows what he's talking about!
