We booked a 57 coach with Empress for our Nursery trip to Chessington. We experienced exceptional service throughout. We communicated with Sandra prior to the trip and she was friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs. The coach arrived on time (first time this has ever happened!) and the driver, Steve, was friendly, funny and knowledgeable! We will be definitely using Empress coaches for our trip next year! I organised a stag party around east London from 8am to 8pm where a coach took us to various events and pubs. The driver was excellent; punctual and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where he was going for each stop and where to drop us off pick us up after each event and pub. The coach was clean and in good condition. This was good service at a good price. Thank you

Dreadful coach driver we had, repeatedly on his horn, ran endless amber lights at speed, aggressive on the speed and brakes, swearing out of his window at anybody who didn't like it, and was not even able to drive into a wide street where our second coach had already parked properly, he reversed into it blocking a main road in Mile End! General standard of driving also pretty poor with 45 teenagers on-board! We specifically hired a coach with toilet facility only to be told after we arrived at our location that the toilet was not usable. Hope to GOD we never encounter this coach driver again! Coach reg was RIL 3698 on Saturday June 4th.
