I just want to say a huge thank you to Unsworth Global Logistics and in particular, Paul Gardener. I needed to import 6 containers from China and without any prior knowledge, was unsure of who to approach but I was recommended Unsworth by a friend and after specifying my requirements, Paul took charge of everything which made my life very easy. Disturbing lack of customer service. Very keen on giving fines to customers, so please be aware of this. The customer service staff are defensive and at times non-responsive (especially if you need them to confirm something and they are busy fining you - they increase by the day!). If you can use any other company at all, please use them.
I have had a great experience with Unsworth with my 1st freight forwarding - from China to the UK. They took care of everything and picked up every single one of my (many) calls and emails. They would give me lots of information and guidance so I knew what was going on, and I just found their service excellent. Big, special thanks to Paul Gardener especially, for making my 1st forwarding a smooth experience and easing my nerves. Will be using them for all my future forwarding as the company grows! Highly recommended for everyone including 1st timers like me.
