The gym is extremely well equipped. There are plenty of cardio machines and also a very large section of free weights.

I love this place achieved my gaol.
Lovely sports park. The only problem is parking team minibusses. They should save space for teams coming in
Staff really helpful. Clean and modern facilities. Love it.
There are 4 nets in the indoor facility with a first floor viewing platform facing the batsman and some seating on the side. We have been using these facilities for many years now as they offer Saturday morning cricket club for 6-10 year olds with excellent coaching and fun games for the children. More recently we use it for bowling and batting practice sessions. The staff at the front are always helpful and the cricket staff are wonderful, I would recommend booking a net session and using these well maintained facilities.
