I went to guest services. Unbelievable treatment. Truly top notch. Doug from Scranton PA, was super awesome. Very helpful. He helped convert our families tickets so we could use them our last day. Customer service is far and away superb. Kind, considerate, and pleasant. Very personal. Keep it up Universal. Cant wait to come back

Last week, I was on the phone for over forty five minutes, and it took about thirty percent of my phone battery. I had to hang up. Currently on hold right now too.

My cousin lost his iPhone on Hagrid’s ride on 02/26/21 at about 5:00 pm. We were told to notify the ride technicians, Guest Services, Lost & Found, & file a report with Chargerback.com. Having done all the above, we still haven’t heard anything about the phone being searched for. We can see the phone’s location on the FindMy app, but no one seems willing to help even though we have this information. I am posting a picture of where the phone is located. Can someone please help find it? It hasn’t moved from this location since 02/26/21.
