The people at United Crane and Rigging Corporation were a pleasure to work with. Everyone from the administration to the delivery folks were great. The delivery guys were very experienced. I always felt they had everything under control and were always willing to accommodate our requests. I as well as other manager were very impressed with their level of performance during our last job. I would recommend them to any company looking to move equipment.
I've used United Crane for a number of deliveries to tricky roof top locations over the years, from West Village townhouses, to a mansion in Turtle Bay, and have never experienced anything but top notch service and care. Their people handle everything - permits, parking, street closure, etc. On the day of delivery they have always made the work flow seamlessly for our crew, and the work is always done carefully, and on time.
