Really positive experience, owners very friendly, very easy to speak to, knowledgeable in all aspects of flooring. Had new laminate and skirting fitted by two very pleasant guys, who done a marvelous job. Would definitely use them again
Absolutely superb !!! I was given the tenency to my property 2 weeks before Christmas and wondered what the hell I was going to do and thought I would be living with no caperts over Christmas I gave United Carpets a call in the hope I could at least maybe get some off cuts to have something down for Christmas and they said pop down and they are sure they woukd be able to help sort something, within a hour we had picked our carpets and arranged to have them fitted in 4 days time, well in time for Christmas I was amazed at what great service I had received not only were the carpets good value the customer experience was A***** and I doubt any other company could match the price or the level of customer care I recived If you need Carpets I urge you to try this place you won't be disappointed.
Excellent service, great quality. We purchased Stair carpet and laminate flooring. Got an excellent price. The carpet fitters were moody and unapproachable hence only giving four stars, but the laminate floor fitters were friendly and tidy. Very pleased with laminate floor and the carpet looks great.
