Just called into Barnsley Road store, very disappointed with custom service! Anyone would think the store wanted customers spending money after being closed for so long in the pandemic! Won’t go there again that’s for sure!

After visiting Wilson's carpets at Hillsborough only to be told I couldn't take a carpet away with me as they only cut them in the morning \u200d️ I went to United carpets where the staff were happy to cut the carpet put it in my car for me all while smiling and friendly. I ended up with a better quality carpet for a better price as well ️

Been in this shop today , looking for laminate flooring . Asked for a quote for 2 rooms average sizes Looking at grey laminate that was 11.25 a box .9.99 a metre . After working out my measurements was told I'd need 15 packs .... I asked if they can uplift the old flooring And was told it would cost more , understandably. Then he asked if I needed underlay, I said no I already have some. He said I'd need new underlay? Well to my horror and I mean horror 1050 ish for them to uplift and fit wouldn't mind but the actually flooring is only 11.25 !!!! Wow. Roughly 166 !!! Wow I only wished I'd recorded that chat !
