United Carpets And Beds Kirkby

Went to buy 2 bedroom carpets and a bed only to be confronted by a rude “sales”person. He wouldn’t allow us in even though the website clearly states, open for on store shopping and still does an hour later. He basically said it doesn’t and has just looked. Don’t like being called a lier and will now be shopping elsewhere. I’ve given one star simply because I can’t leave a review without a star.

Would recommend United Carpets Kirkby in Ashfield to anyone, we had a carpet approximately 15 months and unfortunately we had to go back with a fault, Jamie the Contracts Manager came to see the carpet and immediately agreed there was a fault and contacted the manufacturer who didn’t answer him probably due to the Covid 19 situation. However, Jamie rang us and told us to go into the shop and choose another carpet and they ordered a new one without any cost to us at all. The carpet for the Lounge, hall, stairs and Landing was fitted by 2 very nice fitters Simon and Shaun they were excellent very helpful and profession at all times cannot praise Jamie, Simon and Shaun enough.
