Took my bike in for a puncture repair . Collected it on the same day I had been told that the inner tube had been changed and that he had tightened the brakes ( which I didn't ask for ) and which I got charged extra for. I took my bike for its first ride after the repair and the tyre flattened once again causing me to push bike for a good 2 miles plus the brakes were making a high pitched sound . When I rang to complain and ask for at the least some of money back , whoever I spoke to wasn't helpful or interested . So all together paid around 30 pounds for nothing and had to walk miles to work . I eventually got it repaired from an honest and excellent bike repair shop in Norwich .

Top quality bike shop. Always performed excellent work quickly and at a great price. Can always count on these guys when I'm in a sticky situation and have needed urgent work doing on my bike to get me riding or racing again. Cannot recommend them enough.

Exceptional service, very friendly, super knowledgeable and very reasonable costs. Although they’re predominantly a MTB shop they’ve fixed and upgraded my road bikes expertly. Can also get hold of obscure or specialist parts that I’ve found hard to get in Cornwall. Highly recommended

A proper bike shop run by guys who really know their stuff, great products and very reasonably priced, they managed to fix my Treks problem in minutes when another shop didn't.
