Best place to train! I am training at 3 different gyms at the moment and Unit 1 is my favourite! The staff is friendly and highly skilled ! A friendly atmosphere which makes you feel welcome!

Recently refurbished, fantastic kit. If you're looking for a proper training/performance gym go here
Took the 5yr old today. He was a little scared at first and they took him to one side to build his confidence and didn’t want to leave in the end. Really good team
