It is only click and collect so you can't see the stock. Only problem I found and told to speak to an assistant online. The assistant was very helpful in the item I wished to purchase.

I bought a freezer with two energy labels. first old 168 kWh / annum second new 209kWh / annum. the freezer after March 1, 2021 will use more energy by 47kWh / annum ?? someone here wants to make an idiot?? it's good that its capacity does not change :)
Very disappointing very easy to buy but definitely no customer support service after your purchase spent the last 2.5 hours trying to deal with a faulty microwave that I purchased 23 October. And after several call being redirected and cut off or just being told that they were the wrong department the last one has told me that nothing can be done until the shop opens after lockdown as I will have to take it back to them. It was purchased by click and collect from your store at festival park in Stoke on Trent . It’s so easy to purchase from you and I could click and collect another today from the store but you are not giving any customer service to deal with warranty on your products is how I feel. It could be several weeks before your stores start taking warranty returns so I assume that the suggestion is to do without a microwave until then. I do feel that I would definitely not recommend your store to anyone
Good to be directed on entry right to where I needed to be without me having to roam round the store. Wayne served me and was the most helpful and understanding assistant. He actually listened to what I needed. Brilliant and thank you.
Very interesting as we took in a computer for a health check and we're told it might take 48 hours. About 3 hours later they phoned to say it was ready, so very quick service. The store is bright, clean and well maintained with all if their electrical items well displayed. From computers, phones, printers, televisions plus the smaller components. Then in the second level you have the larger items such as washing machines, dryers, cookers, fridges etc. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
