Today Thursday I ordered a take out of Pastelon with a side of salad. Pastelon is a Thursday special - a casserole made with fried plantains and ground meet. It was a very rich and tasty meal. I shared it between two people and it was more than enough. This was my first time ordering and I’ll most likely come back!
