I called to make an appointment and the front desk lady huffed and puffed, told me to hang on, then when putting me on hold said \Jesus Christ\. Ma'am I don't know what the lord told you but I think it was to \Respect thy neighbor\. This place needs a hospitality and bedside manner checked. Tah tah

Went in today for chest pains from the moment walking in I was very impressed with how clean the facility was & how quickly I was seen. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant the nurse was very nice to me & Dr. Obiekwe was amazing. She listened to my concerns & was very patient & helped me feel better about my symptoms & understanding to what was going on. I had no issues with my prescriptions they were sent to my pharmacy immediately. I will definitely recommend this Urgent Care & be back in the future.
If I could give the company a ZERO I would the front desk lady was nice and helpful,the lab tech was disrespectful didn't even look before sticking me for labs causing her to not be able to collect labs first time and then wanted to play stick my arm again nope. I've never witnessed such disrespect at a doctors office before and definitely will be reaching out to the medical board.
I wont be going back. The front desk girl as soon as you enter is always rude, always on her personal phone and doesnt really care much about what you need. I went to get a COVID test done the doctor said it would be back the next day and for me to call. When I called, I spoke to the front desk who told me call the next day. I happen to be in the neighborhood and so I stopped by. When i went in and inquired about my results, she was abrupt with me. Printed my results and threw in on the counter. I looked at her in amazement. I asked to speak to the Doctor and she asked why. I explained that the last time I was there the doctor made notes that if my COVID came back negative, she wanted to test me for other things due to my symptoms and overseas travels. They took so many samples and were to call me back. Days, weeks and a whole month passed. During the time I called and was told that someone would call me back but no one ever did!!! I would hate to think that their lack of attention would result in negligence. After calling again, they finally gave me results and Crystal asks what more I was looking for and then says that a note stated that I needed to resubmit for one of the tests. The lack of communication and interest is shocking. I wont be back ever.
I went in for a COVID test and the receptionist was extremely cold and looked annoyed to be there. I was called on Friday with one result from the nurse practitioner and the very next day I was called again with a different result from the receptionist. After taking all the information in and being upset ,nervous ,scared and not knowing what to believe I called back to express my feelings about their unprofessionalism and the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful to me . Take responsibility for your mistakes UC Urgent Care !!!!! You can’t play with people health and lives !!!!! I will never ever put my health in their hands again!!!! It’s unbelievable how terrible this really is smh
