How hard it is to get an order right? I was charged for extra onions I requested and they were never put in the sandwhich. After almost 25 minutes of waiting I asked where my smoothie was for my to go order and the cashier said she didn't charge me because she didn't hear me. The phone was ringing nonstop behind the counter while there were countless people available to answer it but they were instead hanging out, talking to each other. One of the employees was even casually eating behind the counter in plain sight with no mask on around other people's food being made. NEVER dealing with this establishment again. I've never been made upset so early in the morning.

Great staff, friendly service. Juices are a must and the atmosphere is comfortable. I would give the food a 3.5 but overall a good place to catch a bike.
I ordered dinner for my family through their website. At 5:55 pm the email confirmation came through. The notice has mentioned the delivery time was 60 minutes. At around 7:15 the food hadn’t arrived. Usually not a huge deal since we anticipated an hour anyway but since we had an elderly relative, pregnant woman, and hungry 4 year old, we decided to call and get an update on our order. We were told the delivery driver left already and it should be arriving any moment. At 7:35 the food still hadn’t come, so we called again. This time the lady said “the order just came through”. This means the food wasn’t even made yet. We double checked the email confirmation and our credit card (which had already been charged). We ended up canceling since we couldn’t wait another hour for dinner. Very disappointing experience overall. Now we need to work on getting our money back.
Going back home and eating at my parent's favorite spot felt like I never left. Thank you for remembering my mom as we reminisced on dad's favorite snapper dish. Wish you can come back to Florida with us. Delicious food as always and the service even better. See you soon.
Accidentally discovered this place in Union city, and believe me it was the best Columbian restaurant there is. The food was so damn delicious and the place was super awesome. The staffs make you feel right at home.
