My son has only been the Childcare Network family for 1 week and I can’t say enough about them! From the enrollment process to his first day, they have been absolutely amazing. Sending your child to preschool for the first time is already such an overwhelming experience, but they made the whole thing as smooth as possible. I can tell my son truly enjoys going to Childcare. The best decision my husband and I have made for him!

I love Childcare Network Union City! I have my two and three year old who attend here and the staff take such amazing care of them, let alone teaching them new things everyday! I appreciate them for taking precautions and keeping our kids safe during this pandemic. You guys are truly appreciated, and I’m so sad we will be leaving you guys in a month due to moving another state. Thank you for treating my kids as if they were your own
The one on Flat Shoals road two weeks ago the infant room was left unattended when l picked up my 10 month old. The next morning it was left unattended again. In 2 years they have had 4 directors. Today my son has to go to ER because some one hit him in the eye. The current director is really respectful and patient. But they really need to step it up.
This place is awesome. When I drop my baby off in the morning it's like dropping her off at grandma's house. The center director Mrs. Johnson and assistant center director Mrs. Grace are so warm and welcoming. It is obvious that they love what they do. And my baby is excited about going to school each day which is absolutely awesome. They will always get 5 stars from me!
They were normally pretty good but one bad apple spoiled the bunch. She had on lots and lots of makeup and was very rude to both me and my child at pickup time. I don't trust her with my child because of her hostile attitude. This was backupcare. Not familiar with the person...
