Found this place during the Chinese New Year. Place was cozy and there were few customers. Half of the place is used for their store which sells some of the offerings in the menu. We got homa, 3-cup chicken, kuchay dumpling and the taiwanese sausage rice. Everything was pretty good. The homa is soft and juicy. The fat in the portion given to us was just right. The chicken was soft and we can taste the herbs and ginger in the chicken. Rice was okay. It was a bit oily for me. The kuchay dumpling was just the best. Would definitely come back to taste their other offerings.

When your craving authentic taiwanese food visit Uniku in Banawe. Prices are reasonable and food is good. Dont forget to takeout mantao and dumplings.

Underrated Taiwanese cuisine which is surprisingly good. Large dining area with comfortable setting and quite cozy. Service is fast and so far the noodles are tasty and healthy so to speak. Parking is a bit challenging given insufficient space but they do have a guard who will assist you.

the porkchop noodles was very good. the porkchop was so tender and juicy even without a strong teeth..... i ordered a mix of pumpkin and radish cake, i think what really differentiate the radish and pumpkin cake was the sauce. soy milk was okay. location was okay but the food area was very hot and humid considering their food is also hot. i think for their price it is kinda steep....

Check pictures for ratings. I ordered the salmon fried rice which tasted really really good. It had a lot of flavor to it. Looking forward to try their other fried rice. I also ordered the scallion pancake which was really chewy and tasty. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Uniku is a small place fronting a popular Chinese restaurant. Our decision to go to Uniku was absolutely right. Each dish has a unique taste that complements the other dishes. We ordered the following: Pork taro soup Bamboo shoots soup Tofu stew Spicy wanton Kutsay dumplings Kiampong Beef misua Sweet sauce contrasted the ginger infused dumplings. The spicy wanton was difused by the sauce of the tofu stew. The soups which at the start seemed to lack salt were the neutralizer of the rich taste of all the other dishes. This place is worth the try. I ended up buying the frozen dumplings and pumpkin cake. The staff was amiable. The place is clean.

Yummy!serving is good. It would better if their staff would wear their mask too since they have a sign no mask entry.

I love their Kutchay dumplings, the wrapper to filling ratio is on point.
