My cat has been going there for 12yrs always good understanding & professional.
Went in for a repeat prescription (ear drops) Waited in car park got a bill for 170!they tried to charge me 59.99 for a 2 min consultation although I had paid for one before...! Also tried to charge me 6 for PPE..yes.. Although I was in the car park the whole time ! Gave my dog a steroid! that I did not want! So was not happy and not a good experience at all.. managed to get the bill down to 105 from 170 outrageous.. Won't be going there again. Don't recommend
Always so friendly and professional, we feel lucky to have them as our vet.
