We didn't buy a Stairlift from Justin at Unicorn Stairlifts. But I am still going to write him a glowing review. We had made an offer to buy a house but the stairs had a sharp turn at the top. Justin sent Lynn out and looked at the measurements carefully. His recommendation was that he could legally fit a stairlift but it would be very tight at the top and not safe for our young children. It broke our hearts to not buy the house but Justin was right. Another salesman may well have put a sale before my family's safety. Justin showed his true integrity and we will 100% buy from him when the right house comes along.
Lynn came from Unicorn Stairlifts to explain which lift would be most beneficial, no hard sell just the necessary information, I signed up for a Brookes 130 lift, I was informed it would be 3/5 working days, it arrived on the 4 day. It was fitted,. explained and demonstrated he .made sure I was comfortable with it, he then cleared everything up, gave it a good sanitising, again made sure I was comfortable with it. All I can say if you need a chairlift I would certainly recommend Unicorn Stairlifts, I have certainly been more comfortable going up and down the stairs, thank you Unicorn for a job well done.
Fitted a stairlift for my mum. Justin and Chris were so helpful and understanding. Luke is a credit to your company no hard sell fantastic workmanship and caring. 5 star service. Would recommend this company above any other.
Our stairlift broke down at 2 am Monday 11 May, I called Unicorn at 8 am, got an answering service but Chris called me back within 5 minutes. I explained the problem and he said an engineer would be with us today. Less than 90 minutes later, Luke arrived. He has service our lift before so we knew him. He was diligent in maintaining social distancing, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a short time. He offered us the chance to change the batteries and replace a joystick which was cracked but still working. We had this work done very quickly. Luke thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the entire machine before he left and he even disinfected our front door knob on both sides as he left. This is a company that understands good customer service and Luke is a fantastic ambassador for Unicorn - Highly recommended.
