Their fish is very fresh. I can tell how well they prepare all the ingredients. Sushi man really know what they do. Waitress very polite and friendly as well. My favourite roll is Hawks Signature maki. So good!!!

Fish is really good! Had a bowl and really liked it. The rice was delicious. Spicy tuna was not the best I’ve had too much cucumber.
Uni sushi is by far one of my favorite sushi places in chicago. My classic order us the Fresh Philly Maki and the Crunchy Spicy Salmon. It is some of the freshest sushi you'll find. The menu is extensive with vegetarian and vegan options. My roommate recommends their different sweet potato rolls. There is a free items menu that allowed you to get free food if you spend certain amounts. My favorite ap it the edamame. It is perfectly salted. The spicy edamame is also great. On top of it all they are not too expensive (still pricy cause sushi) and quite quick on the cooking time.
I ordered through uber eats and the order said its going to come and it was on the way. Why didn't they call us directly after waiting almost an hour and a half for my food? You know how frustrated and hangry we are? This makes no sense to just cancel our order without even telling us. I was so excited to even try your foods establishment but its a let down and I can't trust how bad the service is just by this incident. Good luck with everything going on during this pandemic, but Never again to attempt to order from you.
I came across this place by accident and sooo glad!! Was walking to the blue line but was starving and this was the first place I saw. I ordered two rolls and edamame then ran to the liquor store across the street for a Beer since it’s byob. I was served as soon as I got back. The rolls were big, delicious, fresh and priced right. I will be visiting this spot when I’m working in the area.
