I lost my job in December 2020. I received a letter about benefits confirmation. SInce , I am unable to submit my monthly claims because my acount is \Locked\ I have been contacting daily to different agents and services in different ways : phone, email, ID. Verification (three times done via text message ) and fax. Still today, Soon end of February no one can \unlock\ or resolve my problem... I am not receiving any benefits.

I made a mistake in the dates i claimed I’ve called trying to fix it so I wouldn’t be looked at as fraud these people do nothing to help I made effort to let them know that I made a mistake and still I get no help what so ever! This is uncalled for it’s been 6 weeks and still no help! Fire these people who don’t care about doing their job.

Back in December my unemployment benefits just stopped I called every day since December 26th and call today and all they keep telling me is I have to wait to get my money I need help I need my money why won't anyone help me this is getting out of control

If I could give negative 5 stars then I would. Not once has the website worked for me. Not once have I made it through on the phone lines. It’s been months. This is absolutely unacceptable

I wanted to say that after two whole months of failed attempts on the phone of getting the Unemployment Office to pay me all the owe me, I traveled from Orlando to Tallahassee to the office headquarters to find my hopes crushed by the rude attitude of the security staff, security guards were not empathetic or supportive, they wouldn’t even listen to our concerns and tried to remove us from premises. Special thanks to Shantel, Lindsey, and Sheila who come to our rescue and went above and beyond to resolve our issue in a very understanding and kind manner. One would not expect this type of treatment from government officials but these three ladies are angels of these times which are extremely distressful for the American working class. They made us feel like we matter!!! Thank you ladies
