Terry Pratchett used to drink cider here what else do I need to say!!! The place was inspiration for the Mended Drum in the Discworld series. It is a wonderful pub with tons of locals. I enjoyed my time here very much. Be careful of the cider it is very strong.

My only experience of this pub is that it's on the corner of a very narrow lane where I used to collect the refuse when I worked on the bins. I'm sure it's lovely though if that's your thing
Relaxed atmosphere. Good service. Clean and fresh
A group of us went to this pub in the beautiful, charming old town of Wincanton. The pub is gorgeous and the staff fabulous. We were made very welcome and didn't want to leave. Food is not served here but we were able to buy delicious food local and bring it to the pub to eat. The drinks served both alcoholic, coffee and tea were lovely. You can not go wrong visiting this historic town and especially this pub.
Family pub clean & tidy highly recommended.
