I rented a flat through UMS for 5 months (Oct. 2018 to Feb. 2019) near Basel and it went smoothly. The customer service is extremely responsive and professional, one of the best I have seen to be honest. It's a really good mean of finding temporary accommodation when you are moving to Switzerland.
enjoyed the excellent service. My project had been cancelled back in September(the reason why I would go to Switzerland too) and even though I had already transferred the money, UMS understood my situation and refunded their interest. That was a very pleasant surprise for me. After a few months I came back to UMS again and I very much enjoyed the service overall. Also worth noting that communication at UMS which is very good.
