Our family had a wonderful few days in the comfy 3 bedroom lodge. We loved the cozy rooms and log burner. The lodge had everything we needed with easy access to many walks and activities. Louise is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend to all.

Peaceful log cabins fitted to a good standard. They make a very good impression when you arrive. Surrounded by trees so midges quite a problem. We had lovely weather and sat outside on the verandah. A nice outdoor sofa would be fab as we didn't trust the creaky chairs. Lovely country kitchen but not many places to store our groceries. As someone mentioned before, the lights could do with being brighter. It is a lovely peaceful place to stay, with the sound of birdsong instead of road noise. I have given 3* mainly because of the beds being much harder than we like so we didn't sleep very well, but this might suit some people.
Absolutely stunning place, I'd probably go as far as saying this was my favourite unique accommodation to date - and I've stayed in many! Go ahead and book, you won't regret it!
Just a quick thank you from us, the cabins were amazing and couldn’t fault anything. A wow factor from entering the damson. Didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be returning soon. Fantastic views everything you need inside the cabin, perfect break for myself and my husband.
Beautiful log cabin - a work of art in itself. Very well equipped and with a thoughtful welcome tray including milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a bottle of wine, which were all much appreciated. A warm greeting from Louise. Extremely well furnished and equipped with many extras such as games, books and magazines. Fabulous location in stunning countryside and so peaceful. If being very picky and accounting for four rather than five stars, we would make the following suggestions:- We were blessed with glorious weather and would have appreciated some rather more comfortable chairs on the verandah. Lighting was a little on the dim side, especially when cooking. Lacking some shelving in the bathroom. A good non-stick frying pan or wok would have been handy. Two frying pans were provided but they had definitely lost their on-stick!\ Overall, a lovely property and highly recommended.
