Helen is a highly skilled and knowledgeable sports therapist, who is also an accomplished runner and cyclists. We are privileged to have someone with her ability in the area.

professional. She has treated cycling issues, spotted and advised/helped a long-standing shoulder issue and has also made me appreciate the value of regular sports massage (treat yourself: it’s like having new legs…). I thoroughly recommend her.
