I am writing this review as my company Spring Estate Agents Ltd has just completed on the transfer of our property rental portfolio to Synergy Forward Ltd who trade as Ultralets. We started our communicating with a few companies towards the end of 2018 and eventually selected Ultralets as our preferred buyer due to their strong management team, operational capacity and their fair respectful conduct during our initial negotiation meetings. What impressed me the most about Ultralets was Spencer’s clarity of thought, business maturity and his swift balanced approach to resolving any issues that arose whilst we both conducted our due diligence. From start to finish the whole process has taken about a year and I am pleased that, now it is all done, the feedback we have had from Ultralets has been extremely positive and one of gratitude. Having rented a property out using ‘traditional estate agents’ for a while, I decided to try something different. Could not be more pleased with UltraLets; they bring the rental experience into the 21st century and offer a hassle-free, seamless, high quality experience for both tenants and landlords-Slick, affordable and efficient with excellent, responsive customer service attached. I will definitely continue to use them going forward and highly recommend them.
It's not often a tenant sends a Xmas card to their landlord with a 20 gift included. Ultralets and the team must be doing something right! Very professional outfit, ethical, act promptly on maintenance requests, generally get properties rented quickly to good people, and very reasonable charges. Can't ask for more than this.
I’ve been involved with renting both residential and commercial space in Hull from Ultralets over the last 10 years. I have to say the team have always been a pleasure to deal with and the workmanship of their maintenance team has been excellent (I work in the building trade) Thank you for such a stress free renting experience. I no longer rent from them but to this day they still help me out with any tenancy related issues and are always happy to help.
