I don’t have words to describe how amazing Nancy Zhu is as a property manager. I truly believe that she is considerate and accommodating first and that’s what makes her so good at what she does. We had some issues in the recent past with our rental property and that is when I got in contact with her for the first time as previously our property was managed by someone else. I was amazed how attentively she listens to every concern and issue and how quickly she tries to resolve them. She has gone out of the way for us, when we were searching for new properties in the area, even accommodating us when she had a day off from work. I have never met any property manager who makes so much effort to keep not only the landlords but also the tenants happy. Will always wish her the best in life and can’t thank her enough for being such a genuine soul. Highly recommend her!!!

I rented an apartment through Toga few months back and the whole experience was great. Nancy was kind enough to show me different apartments not only during regular inspection times but also adjusted the time according to my availability. As I work from home I needed a good study/work area to which Nancy was very considerate and was able to find me the apartment to my liking. Not only that, I asked for fly screen to be installed in the apartment to which Nancy agreed without even hesitating and now I have fly screens on all the doors to balcony which is a blessing. I remember asking for the same at my old place I was renting to which both agent said NO straightaway. I have had nothing but positive experience from Nancy and Toga.
Had a very bad experience renting at Toga. Will never ever recommend Toga to anyone.i lived there for 2 and half years and did maintain the cleanliness throughoit.though we had so many issues with that property we hardly complained. I left the property recently and did end of lease with a company they called me back saying it needs to be redone so I did.i had few hooks on wall as they told me that needs to be removed so removed it and the paint came out,emailed them regarding every issues that they complained about but at the end they cut huge amount of bond and no any shame,the agent told me he can't do anything about it as the owner had already confirmed about the deductions. I had a horrible horrible experience with TOGA. I hope they are very happy with the deduction as they can survive for sometimes with my bond deductions.
Amanda Wong is extremely knowledgable, professional and efficient. She is now managing 2 of my properties. During Covid, my CBD unit still leased out within a short period. She is also very diligent in relation to communication. I am lucky to have her and would highly recommend her to my clients, family and friends. Thanks Amanda, you are the best!

I rented my first apartment through Toga last year and I was looked after by Nancy. When I had my first open inspection with Nancy, the apartment wasn’t exactly quite what I expected. She kindly approached me and asked me what my criteria was. She then organised a private inspection with me for another apartment. When I stepped into it, it was pretty much love at first sight. It had all the needs and wants that I’ve ever wanted for an apartment. Despite there were a few small things that needed to be followed through, Nancy took good care of them all which made my moving process so much easier. After moving in for a few months now, she would still check up on me from time to time to ensure everything is fine. Nancy was an amazing agent who could make both my landlord and myself as the tenant happy throughout the rental experience. I truly appreciate the way she valued me as a client and all the hard work she has put into it in order to make things work. I would love to go through Nancy and Toga again in the future.
I like how Nancy Zhu was doing her best to protect both the landlord and me as the tenant. She was very patient and professional throughout the rental process. She also did her best to find the right fit for me. I appreciate her efforts.
One of the most shocking experiences I have ever dealt with! Unless you are buying your dream home or have no other option, avoid Toga. Firstly the company go through agents like no tomorrow, I believe we dealt with at least 3, each one do not care about the tenants in the slightest. If you do go through Toga, I would suggest taking constant photos and record their feedback during the inspections, because when it comes time to move out, they will turn everything back onto you. My biggest issue was dealing with Nancy. If you are unfortunate enough to have her as your agent, I feel for you. She is rude, unprofessional and has no idea what she is talking about. My husband and I went to fair trading with her after endless arguments which were easily avoidable, however she kept wanting to have them. Fair trading ended up saying to her, whilst I was on the phone that she is in the wrong, however she refused to listen. To add in, we only went to fair trading at her request as she didn’t know what else to do because she was in the wrong and facts were being thrown at her and she didn’t know how to manage it, instead of being professional, she acted like a child. She gave feedback in our personal life which we did not ask for and is completely out of line. We ended up breaking our lease and she had a part to play in that. When I say she’s is shocking, that’s not exaggerating. We ended up dealing more with Amanda who we found professional and understanding. She handled the situations well so she is the only positive I will give the company. There are plenty of other agencies advertising to get tenants into apartments, go with them, they can’t be any worse that Toga.
