I've just purchased a new laptop, and needed expert help to move all my files, photos and videos across. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service I received from Tech2, and nothing was a problem to them. Thank you so very, very much for your patients, and time, assisting me right through, making it an absolute pleasure to use my new laptop.

Terrible customer service avoid at all costs. booked an appointment, took the day off work they confirmed by email the night before then just didn't turn up. I rang them & they said we can come another day, no adequate reason as to why they weren't coming, no sincere apology , totally pathetic. I contacted a local guy who ironically used to work for them but left because there were "issues". He was great do yourself and the community a favour and support the local technicians who actually care about the service they provide and their customers

Avoid at all cost. Horrifying experience. I had my LG TV installed recently and the technician drilled the wrong hole in the wall, and covered it up by just pushing the tv in and it was only later we found out that the tv was not mounted flat to the wall (supposed to be the case) due to the cables protruding out due to the wrong hole (should be in the middle but was on the side). Not only it was unprofessional work, but was also covered up with no honesty. When i found out about the issue, I called to have it fix, and they required photos and all and took a few days and multiple calls to have them agree to come in, as they said they couldn't see the issue clearly. With that, upon booking the apppointment for them to come in, it was set for 1-5pm on thursday, however i waited till 4.50 and no one showed up. I called the call centre and they told me that he was running late and will be there by 7. I waited till 7 but no one came, and i thought if there was a delay or accident, he might still be coming as there has been no update or calls. We waited all night till 8, no updates, no calls, no explanation, just a NO SHOW. Unprofessionalism through and through, with a bad installation and also no shows with no rescheduling - in which i had to call to follow up myself multiple times. I am still waiting on a resolution.
Had Tech2 out to mount a sound bar on the wall, the technician was very professional and was very quick and efficient. The technician was happy to also answer some other questions I had unrelated to the sound bar. Overall very happy with service.
Don't use this company. Organised for an LG tv to be delivered and installed. They told me it would be done next week, then the next week they told me one more week. When they finally confirmed a date, no-one came. Total no-show. What a pathetic service! It'll be weeks from paying thousands for a TV to actually having it home. All promises, no delivery (literally).
