Dog tore up a small piece of carpet going into the laundry room. Needed it fixed quick and Ultimate Carpet Repair was exactly that. Ray came out to my house within 2 hours of me calling. He quoted me over the phone and it ended up being less than what he thought and charged me the lesser price. He also saw a small patch job that looked hideous and he fixed that for me too! Good honest man, with quick, high quality work. I even had a great conversation with him while he worked. I wish more companies held customer service in such high regard like these guys! Thanks again! I Will absolutely refer Ultimate Carpet Repair and use them again next time my dog gets rowdy!
Hector was great! He was honest and pretty much fixed my carpet which was damaged by another company. I didn't do my due diligence on this other company until later, and they did not have good ratings like ultimate carpet repair. I know why now. What a relief to finally have my carpet look great again. Thank God!

I had Ray stretch and clean my carpets with only one day notice. He completed more than 1600 square feet of carpet stretched and cleaned in one afternoon / evening. Ray worked long hours and completed the agreed task doing excellent work. I was extremely satisfied with his price, his service, knowledge, and attention to detail. He understands the importance of providing good service and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also had him install some laminate flooring in a family room replacing carpet. The project came out beautiful and his work was excellent. I recommend Ray to anyone as an honest businessman that understands service to the customer.
