had a very good bathroom fitted that you couldn't fault. Ultimate Bathrooms charges are not cheap but they claim to give an after service second to none. After a few years when my toilet seat needed replacing I went to them to be told that that toilet was no longer being produced and so they couldn't do it. When i suggested replacing the toilet they sad that the tiles were no longer available. Basically I am having to rip my whole bathroom out because of a toilet seat that we only purchased on Ultimate Bathrooms recommendation. Ultimate Bathrooms after care service is non existent. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We have been a customer of Ultimate Bathrooms for about 16 years, during which time this specialist company has re-fitted a family bathroom in a previous property and 3 ensuite bathrooms in our present home. Paul Bland has managed each of these projects, from initial design ideas, through product selection to full service fitting and a first class after sales service. Paul, as a Director, epitomises the excellence of Ultimate Bathrooms; he is an innovative designer who interprets both the scale of the project and the customer requirement with great foresight, as well as providing valuable input on style, colour and product selection. Throughout the fitting stage, Paul has been readily available to deal with any issues and, without doubt, his whole approach is to provide the best possible customer experience. Our contact has been with the Bakewell and Chesterfield studios and the ethos of providing a highly professional and knowledgable service extends to the team in both studios. We would not consider any other company for future bathroom work and are happy to provide a personal reference for anyone considering Ultimate Bathrooms for a project.
