Ordered a specific foot needed for a project. Three days later received an email stating \your order has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances\ . Also states that a refund has been made. So far this has not been refunded. Avoid, not a way to run an online order company. (shows as Fabric Mouse on bank payment) Update: after informing company that I have reported them to trading standards, the money has been refunded (do not know if this was prior to my email). However, item I ordered is still showing on site and can be put into basket and continue to checkout. Still no reason given for not providing the goods except that it is much cheaper than other sites and suspect that it is tempting you onto the site.

Worst service EVER!!! I have never written a review about any company in my life but I feel so enraged by my experience with this company that I want to make sure that no one else gets scammed the way I did. I ordered off them in January 2019. I never received any product. After roughly a month I got three emails asking me to review their product! At this point I emailed them explaining I never received my order; I didn't even get so much as an acknowledgement. I spent the best part of two weeks trying to get in contact with them and got nowhere. It is now July! I emailed again on the off chance I will get a reply but I highly doubt I will. This company is scam. It stole my money and should not even be allowed to operate!
I have to agree with the rest of the customers. The worst service ever and even their customer conatct email bounced. Dont ever buy any produts from them. I had to ask Paypal to refund my money. Stay clear of them.
Dreadful service. I ordered a Janome Platinum Gem 760 on 31 January 2019 and ordered on line with my credit card. I received an email on 1 Feb to say order was cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances'. I enquired as to when money would be refunded and was told 'your payment has been voided and automatically returned' in an email dated 4 February. Over 4 weeks later the money had still not been refunded, finally done on 5 March after I phoned them. Four emails have gone unanswered. If you value your time and sanity, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Very bad communication. Ordered, waited 28 days, emailed them and still have no idea if or when the item is going to arrive.
