I had booked a parachute jump or my son for March and have tried to reschedule for later on in the year, not a problem as long as I pay an admin charge! The jump can’t go ahead because of COVID and they want to charge an admin charge! Obviously only interested in making money at other people’s expense! Avoid at all costs!

guess what, i am the one on the top in the pics... ;) super easy access, airfield is an hour or so away on traintaxi from london and easy to get to from other places, sits right on A1M Peterborough exit. Cracking team, resonable turn around times for costumers (weather and viruses permited), competitive prices. You might even get lucky and get me for your 1st tandem skydive experience and i will make sure you get a bang for our buck! you won't be disapointed
Disgusting customer service! Who does Jason think he is treating paying customers the way he does! This man has no idea what good customer service is and will not last in business very long. I called uk parachuting about my jump which is booked for the end of March to be told I don’t know when we will start jumps again, I said I appreciated we were in difficult times and I just wondered if he would email guests when jumps would start again, he said it’s your job to contact me! Cheers Jason for showing people what great customer service is, you must be very proud of yourself!
Total cowboys! Tried to re-book my parachute jump today, and been told I need to pay an additional 50.00! Why I asked , because you want a weekend jump and that costs more, UK parachuting are just milking customers for every penny they can and no guarantee that jumps will go ahead in the future! They may not have gone bust yet, but they soon will. If you are considering using your hard earned cash with them find someone else who will provide good customer service!
If you love adventure and wanna try tandem skydive or accelerated free fall, this is the place to be. My experience tandem jumping can never be explained in here. It needs to be experienced.
