Booked in for a fitting for a new set of irons, happy with fitting experience and was told clubs would take up to 3 weeks. Ended up waiting 8 weeks and after receiving clubs noticed one club was missing some logo detailing, only a minor detail I know but for nigh on 900 would expect a perfect product. Contacted club shop who said manafactuer would correct if i dropped it back to them. Asked how long this would take and they said at least 2 weeks! Left it at that as wasn't prepared to wait even longer! Disappointing!

5 star service - I cannot rate the team highly enough. At every step of the way they have excelled and I was made to feel a valued customer. The club fitting with Adam was fantastic - the opportunity to try so many clubs and then once I settling on the final 2 options to finesse the tailoring.. Adam was expert, patient and not pushy - he used his experience to work with me to find the best outcome and fitting. He really knew his stuff. Once I ordered the clubs the team could not do enough to help me get through some concerns with the manufacturer. They were the 'customer champion' and sorted every issue and question is a truly professional way. Head Pro Craig was fantastic and I thank him for the help he gave. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a fitting that compares many clubs, requires real expertise and backs this with 5 star post-sale support, then Brentwood Golf Centre is the place to go. I've had manufacturer fittings before, but this team gives you so much more. I'll be back as I look to get more fittings for woods and utility clubs - even though they are over 100 miles away!!!.
Took the Missus for a complete bag fitting. Adam was very patient and helpful, explaining the difference between club types etc. If you're planning on getting fit, I'd definitely recommend them.
Clean and tidy range with modern equipment. Small compact pro shop with excellent choice of kit. Good place to get clubs re-gripped. Covid 19 safety system in place with a one way system made for stress free practice.
