Had my TM Mk18 upgraded by Sam and didn’t quite go to plan as some of the parts I got from other shops didn’t work properly. But Sam put so much effort in to make the gun work and now fully upgraded and shoots like a laser at 347 FPS

Great service ,Sam the Tech has a great knowledge and isn't just into parts swapping if it can be fixed he will do ,I have many unusual weapons in the cabinet and Sam apart from me is the only 1 I will allow to tech them and he has never let me down ,yes it might take him time to track parts down but he always comes through for me
Good stock, brilliant staff and reasonable prices. Never once had a problem with them either in store or online. Fast delivery cant complain would happily shop again.
Went to UK on a recommendation to get my g&g raider 16 SRS upgraded. I spoke to Sam about what I wanted and what budget I would like to spend and all was fine. I had to wait a few weeks for the parts which is fine but then I arranged to go in on a Saturday as it's the only day I have off and he would do the upgraded there and then. Upon arrival I was met by another member of staff who told me Sam was in bed and was hungover. So I just left my SRS with him to get done during the week, 3 weeks later after I eventually got it back after my friend picked it up. Only to have been charged 20 more than my mate for the same upgrade which was a box standard hop up and barrel which I said I didn't want.
