Very hot today but otherwise very friendly people

Building looks pathetic! Disgraceful for a municipal building.

Pierre Nell

They are pathetic and don't know what is going on in their account department.

Jaco Smit

Better than other provincial municipalities but still far from the best

So unimpressed with this company. The say send an sms we will contact you in 2 hours. What a lie. To date I am still waiting. I go in to see them and they are always on lunch at 10:30 in the morning. It's been 2 and a half years and I am still trying to sort out their mess up. They are the most disorganised company I have the misfortune to have to deal with

A modern Municipal building, where the Ugu employees do their best to resolve problem areas and helping the residents in a competent friendly efficient manner.
