Amazing Experience. Our company began using United Gas & Power in the past few months for our businesses gas and electricity. In my honest opinion, the customer service provided is both prompt and professional and they have delivered with market beating prices. Our Account Manager Tom has kept us updated throughout the whole process fully informing us at each stage and has also helped in resolving issues with our last supplier who were a hard to deal with in what was a rather long-running dispute that was eventually resolved in our favour. It’s rather refreshing to know that we have a trusted Account Manager who we can contact directly. He always gets back to any query/request we have in a prompt manner with accurate information which is all we ask for as a customer.

***DO NOT USE UGP*** - They ramp up estimates towards the end of your contract, collect by direct debit and retain the balance. Impossible to get the money back and their excuse is they don't provide the service, it's Hudson Energy instead, despite never receiving this information, never receiving a Hudson invoice, and only paying UGP.

Peter who managed our account, looked after us well and was good point of contact he regularly requested meter reads and billing was accurate and prices are good we are still using UGP. good prices and great service.

We found the team at UGP very helpful on saving money on our bills. we manage a bock of offices with 24 electric and 16 gas meters it was nightmare managing the bills until we came across these guys. we now have dedicated account manager who manages our account.
