I can't even begin to describe my experience. The office hung up on us when they got annoyed with our questions. They blame everything on Coronavirus and don't care about the fact they've failed to provide a guaranteed room space. They've allocated rooms to students in clearing before giving rooms to students who met the entry criteria. Now we are being forced to accept a room that has two bathrooms between 12 students and told there isn't enough time to appeal. The supervisor spoke over us and patronised us.

Room was in a poor state, carpet stained and broken storage. Also overbearingly hot.
Fantastic. Great team
