I bought a bra from Rondom Eva 2 months ago in January 2015. There was a problem with it so informed them in time and then I later returned the bra via registered post. Since then I have not heard anything. They have stopped answering my messages via their website. They do not answer my emails. They do not pick up my telephone calls. According to the post office Rondom Eva have received the returned goods. I have not received any refund nor a replacement product. It is now March 2015! I will now make an official complaint to the consumentenbond. Save yourself a lot of trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!
