Over and above the call of duty. I really can't complement these guys enough. We have a complex system that we inherited and they helped us work it all out, while also providing a prompt and efficient emptying service. Simon and the team have been polite, helpful, on time, responsive and generally brilliant. It has been a huge stress for us and they have just been amazing.

Moody makes it so easy to sort out sewage removal. The staff at the office were really nice and quick to respond, and the driver who came to do the job was also very friendly. They organised an appointment date swiftly, showed up on time, did the job without any mess, any fuss. We now have an annual contract and we know we don't have to worry going forward. Moody have emptied my septic tank for many years and have always been friendly, reliable and courteous. This year I had Moody install a processing plant to bring my drainage system up to legal standard. They could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I took several quotes for this work but not only was it clear that Moody knew more about what they were doing, but their quote was the lowest by some 3,000. The work was done quickly and pleasantly. Called these guys out to assess a faulty plant. Explained in full the issues we were having to 2 employees. Had devised a plan to empty and have someone go into the tank. The guy didn't have the correct equipment on the day so had to come back. 6 days later he comes back and the tank has obviously since filled up. The report supplied said that all was fine with the tank - clearly not as the media had floated out of place... again. Then was blatantly lied to that the engineers had gone in the tank, that there were no visual defects on the tank, that the compartments were all intact and strong and that the levels in other compartments didn't go down during emptying. David was so defensive and evasive - not customer orientated at all. Finally we get some agreement that they would empty again (for free thankfully) and this time actually go in the tank. They spent 2 hours on site at most. Charged 456 to tell us they had in fact encountered all of the issues denied above. The report supplied was minimal at best, there were photos but barely a paragraph about the multiple issues. (The invoice report still claimed that the plant is operational!) Still waiting for a proper in depth report to take and discuss with other users of the plant. I would have expected a little effort to supply this given the amount they charged. Would never use again.
