I have had nothing but a positive experience with all the team members I have dealt with during the process of getting my new flat for me and my two children. Even during the second lockdown they have kept me up to date with all progression and today got the keys. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you and have a great Christmas!!

Extremely professional and prompt customer service. No question was a stupid question and reassuring and informative from start to finish! Thank-you Matthew for the friendly and helpful service, viewing and guidance! I have previously used other estate agents in this area but this was by far the best service!
My sister in law recently rented a property with her 2 year old son. She moved all of her belongings to the property, when she returned the next day to unpack her items and move in to her dismay she found the property had a major water leak, the ceiling had caved in (thankfully they didn’t stay in the property that night) and all of the belongings have been ruined. The estate agents have dealt with this with no empathy at all, all they have tried to do is protect there client (who is a doctor with multiple properties). A single mum with a 2 year old has been left homeless a month before Christmas in the middle of a pandemic. I am disgusted that after after the year we have been through and that we have all tried to look after each other this is how humans have acted. Just a typical estate agent desperate for a fee and a money hungry landlord not wanting to take responsibility. Do not trust this agent.

Wonderful friendly service, professional throughout, The customer service is amazing, Flick, Graham and Matt looked after us and were on hand if we had any questions or just needed an update, the whole process was seamless and on move in day everything in the property was ready to go in regard to gas and electric, and the welcome pack was a nice touch.
