The staff are incredibly professional, the classes and instructors are excellent, with a huge variety of classes to choose from. I feel really safe under the present circumstances, with good social distancing of equipment and other gym users, and teir strict cleaning regime of equipment. If you are in need of some 'get up and go' for winter, this is the place to come!
