Marcus and his wife have been a dream to work with from beginning to end. From speedy replies, to all of my ever changing requests, Marcus have been nothing short of amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and he is so knowledgable in the not only the catering world but events as a whole. Not only do they do food but everything else that goes with it - cutlery, plates, glasses, waiting staff, bar staff etc. They are the whole package. Most importantly, Marcus has been incredibly accommodating with us having to change our wedding dates due to Covid-19 and has been a pleasure to work with. I would recommend EpiCatering 1000 times over to all of my family and friends. We can’t wait to book you again for all future events, not just our wedding!

Marcus and EpiCatering are absolutely spectacular! From the first email on he was super quick to respond and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to speak with me at length after the initial email and answered all my questions. Not only did he make suggestions for the meal according to our theme but he helped get the extra equipment needed (like cutlery, dishes, tables etc) and he even helped us plan the bar and how much we needed as we planned on purchasing the bar items ourselves. When the location fell through (as they were supposed to supply the bartender) Marcus quickly filled the spot by taking care of bar staff for us as well. People commented on the bartenders skill and on how hard he was working. But that's not all! Marcus went above and beyond when taking our food allergies, as well as several of the guests, into consideration when he created an entirely gluten, soy, and peanut free menu for us! We were absolutely blown away by how accommodating he was. Every single guest at our wedding commented on how fabulous the food was. Every single guest. (And let me tell you, there were many who were not used to eating gluten free.) We also had Marcus do our 'wedding cake' which was cheesecake (gluten free!). It was OUTSTANDING! Many of our guests have requested the recipe and there was one person who told me she hated desserts in general but that this was her new favorite and even asked for seconds! I can't recommend Marcus and his staff enough. They were friendly, skilled, very polite and the servers even came up to congratulate me and give me a hug before they left for the evening. If you're looking for a caterer with excellent food, elegant presentation, and phenomenal communication skills this is the caterer for you!
I just want to say the biggest thank you to you and Tracey for our wedding food. It was absolutely perfect! I approached Marcus well over a year ago, feeling anxious about having a completely outdoors wedding and having no idea how to pull it off. Marcus immediately put me at ease and made me feel like anything was possible, and nothing would be too much trouble. He came to see me and my partner at home, he met my Dad and listened to all of our ideas. Marcus seemed to instantly understand us as a family and came up with a menu that suited us perfectly. There were a lot of struggles for us in the year that came next, I lost my Dad and Covid-19 hit! Marcus was in touch regularly, reassuring us that when our day would arrive, he would be there. Planning a Covid-19 wedding was not easy, but Marcus made it easier. He went through the uncertainly with us, he moved things up, down round and back again without any hint of frustration. He watched and waited with us whilst government guidelines changed and each time they did, for better or for worse, he was in touch and helping us to work it out. The best message was the one where he expressed his excitement that wedding receptions for up to 30 guests were allowed 7 days before our date! When our day finally arrived Marcus and his wife Tracey were absolutely flawless and their food was incredible. Our guests could not stop talking about how good it looked and tasted AND how unique the menu was. It was meal made for us, the perfect fit. Marcus went above and beyond, even going out to get the exact ingredients for a cocktail that I made for my dad for our welcome drinks. He followed my own unique recipe to get it just right, and it was wonderful. My husband and I are so grateful and overjoyed with everything they have done to make our wedding as special and as perfect as it was. And I'm sure our guests will be talking about the food for years to come. Thank you both so much.
We would highly recommend EpiCatering as a caterer for your event. We had our wedding in Sussex in September, and Epicatering provided superb food and service. Marcus and Tracey were brilliant from start to finish. Marcus made sure that every detail was covered, including our last minute requests such as extra cutlery and linen, and always contacted us in a kind, professional, and attentive manner. The food on the day was spectacular. We had people from over 15 countries around the World attending our wedding, and everyone was equally impressed. Marcus and Tracey’s careful combination of different ingredients creates unique flavours that you can hardly find anywhere else. The service was seamless, and they really made sure that we had nothing to worry about. They also accommodated our very special requests, and always had our interests at heart. If you want someone you can trust, who will deliver extraordinary food and reliable service at excellent prices, Marcus and Tracey are the team to deliver. EpiCatering was recommended to me via a friend who have used there services in the past. I'm a bit of a fussy eater, so I through caution to the wind, and was blown away with Tracy and Marcus's professionalism, very quick to return emails/telephone calls etc. There knowledge of food and ingredients is second to none. We had a meeting and went through all my preferences, and came up with a knockout menu. Scallops for starters, Beef wellington for main. and to finish it off Key lime Pie! Mmmm. I can't thank Epicatering enough for all there had work with my Birthday celebrations October 2019. Would I recommend EpiCatering....Damm right I would, my guests are still talking about the food.
